Business owners sought a secure solution for employees to work from home without risking exposure of sensitive materials to unauthorized users. We established SSL, VPN, and MFA for both office and remote users to ensure a secure working environment. For others, we migrated their traditional mapped network drive files to OneDrive and set up the necessary permissions. To enhance communication, we assisted customers in deploying Microsoft Teams for internal interactions and a hosted cloud PBX with texting capabilities for remote users.
